ALL TELEPHONE TRIAGE ARE PRE-BOOKABLE AND ARE REQUIRED TO BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE. IF YOU RING ON THE DAY YOU MAY NOT BE GIVEN AN APPOINTMENT FOR THAT DAY
We ask that if you are attending the surgery for any appointments that you wear a face mask or face covering to protect yourselves, staff and other patients.
To reduce the number of patients attending surgery and to maintain social distancing measures , please note that our baby clinic will be now be bookable by appointment only as of Wed 24th June 2020 10am-12.00 pm
Please ring the surgery to book an appointment for your baby’s vaccinations
Please note only one parent is to attend with the baby and kindly wear a face mask or face covering before entering the building
